Douglas Ansel

  Douglas Ansel completed his studies with a Bachelor of Science degree from Cairn University in Philadelphia and a Master of Business Administration degree from Long Island University in New York. His education was complemented with graduate courses in educational administration at Temple University in Philadelphia and a year of studies at Jerusalem University College in Israel. He began his career in educational administration, having served as the Registrar, Director of External Programs, and Adjunct Instructor at Franklin University Switzerland. He continued his career in the banking industry at UBS where he was Chief of Staff for the department of External Asset Managers in Lugano, then Business Manager for the Private Banking sector of Italy International. He moved on to Clariden Leu where he was Senior Vice President and Business Manager for Business Area Southern Europe. He is currently Vice President and Business Risk Support for the Market Area Italy International at Credit Suisse. Douglas has always maintained a passion for classical music and has actively sustained numerous musical initiatives and organizations throughout the years. He began his collaboration with the Swiss National Orchestra in 2019 to support its administrative activities.
